Hydro-X for all steam plants
Regardless of steam application purposes the boiler water of the steam plant may be conditioned by the Hydro-X process. The physico-chemical boiler water treatment ensures not only optimal operational utilization of the plant but also 100 % pure steam production.
100 % pure steam for every purpose
The steam is directly applicable for any purpose, for instance. For autoclaving in hospitals, the food processing industry and export authorized meat production.
Low chemical addition
Hydro-X makes the addition of the normally large quantities of sludge producing chemicals, such as carbonates or phosphates, unnecessary, thereby reducing the total quantity of sludge to a minimum and furthermore eliminating the risk of foaming due to too high an alkalinity.
No priming whatever plant type
Priming due to the chemical composition of the boiler water is prevented by the Hydro-X process. Priming is especially marked with certain pre-treatment plants and in this case the glycol derivatives of Hydro-X will effectively eliminate the risk of priming.

The glycolic derivatives adsorb on both sides of the floating boundary surface to the steam bubble. They furthermore drain off the water, leading to the burst of the steam bubbles.
Optimal sludge deposit
Both dissolved solid and the gaseous impurities are adsorbed and neutralized. The deposit occurs as an amorphous and very mobile sludge. The removal of this sludge simply happens through blow-down. The consistency of the sludge prevents impurities from entering into the steam and going off with it. The steam and going off with it. The steam is therefore completely neutral and pure. The pH-value is 7.0. The Hydro-X process neutralizes and adsorbs all impurities previously contained in the steam.
Rapid effect
Only a few hours after adding the Hydro-X start dose, the effect is already visible. The characteristic cleaning has started and the steam is ready for application.
Protection of the entire plant
An effective protection of all parts of the plant in direct connection with the boiler is secured, such as superheater, turbine and condensate lines.
